Refund, Exchanges and Returns

  • We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free Return & Exchange policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
  • You can call us on +91 9732131514 / 0343-2576050 or email us at ramkrishnalibrary@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of delivery in case of any exchange or return.
  • Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.
  • Include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the particulars.
  • Ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned.
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • The items sent for exchange must be couriered to our address below with all expenses borne by you.
  • Exchange is allowed once per order.
  • In case of Exchange, the customer is eligible to get the same particulars/items only.
  • Your new order will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
  • Customers cannot order a different product for exchange unless the same product is unavailable.
  • If the same product is unavailable, customers can avail a refund as per our refund policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the product is received at the Ramkrishna Library address by courier.
  • After receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges will be processed.
  • You can inform us by calling +91 9732131514 / 0343-2576050 or emailing ramkrishnalibrary@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery.
  • Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made unless there is a defect or the item is different from its description.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be made to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Shipping charges will not be refunded except where Ramkrishna Library has erroneously sent a wrong item(s).
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
  • Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot deliver cash through couriers.
  • Refunds will only be done in the following cases:
    • Genuine item/particular issues.
    • Packages lost in transit.
    • Mispricing in the online catalogue where the charged price is higher than the actual price.
    • Wrong item shipped.
    • If the customer is unhappy and has returned the item(s) with a filled return form.
  • No refunds will be given in the following cases:
    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
    • Incorrect address format (including PO Box).
    • After 1 failed delivery attempt by courier.
    • Package refused by recipient.
    • Products returned in used or damaged condition.
  • Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment, except if the package has been lost in transit.
